Nurturing the leadership we need for the future we want.

Our Beginning

We started with a book—our founding anthology All We Can Save.

A bestselling collection of writings by 60 women leading on climate, All We Can Save offers abundant wisdom and solutions to lead humanity forward.

But the book wanted to be more than a book. Because there’s a leadership crisis at the heart of the climate crisis.

Our Story

Dr. Katharine Wilkinson and Dr. Ayana Elizabeth Johnson sensed that the work here was bigger than the anthology. So, they co-founded The All We Can Save Project, and Dr. Wilkinson has led the work to bring to life the Project’s mission: To nurture the leaderful climate community we need for a life-giving future.

All of our programs and resources are designed to support courageous climate engagement. They weave narrative change, community building, and deep learning—all vital for meaningful action. Throughout, we’re cultivating the emotional-spiritual root from which climate leadership grows.
